Tuesday the 24th of June the fam decided to SWIM! We made camp at Hyrum Lake which is VERY close to Logan, UT. The lake water was freezing but the kids didn't mind one bit. Of course right? Preston, Johnny, and Lincoln wasted no time and began swimming right away. Chloe and Annahlise were content playing in the sand for awhile first. The younger ones wanted to eat, and Derek surprised me and wanted to play in the water. Sometimes he can be kind of a chicken at first and then warm up a bit and play more. This time, he went straight for the water and enjoyed playing with a noodle. He was so fun to watch. I had a relaxing day at the lake. Sooo nice. A vacation that FELT like a vacation! Ha ha.

wow! i'm tired just from reading your blog and re-living all the FUN we had! (ha! ha!) when are you coming again...it was so GREAT to have you here for so long!! we miss you all already...
